Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or other issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately for any issues. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us without delay at team@pawsomedogmoms.com.
To assist us in assessing the issue, we kindly request you to include a picture or video. This will allow us to address the problem promptly and take appropriate steps to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item please reach out to us at team@pawsomedogmoms.com. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to assist you in finding the right solution!
Cancellations and/or Order changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us promptly at team@pawsomedogmoms.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Our ability to cancel or modify orders depends on the order status at the time of your request. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we can make adjustments. However, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations for orders already in process or in transit.
In the event of successful cancellations or changes, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please be aware, we're not obligated to issue refunds or implement changes if we can't do so in time. We advise you to carefully review your order before finalizing to prevent inconvenience.
Refunds for returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected a return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
